The Origin of Psi
In quantum mechanics, the wave function that connects everything in the universe is represented by the Greek letter Psi (Ψ)—pronounced like "sci" in sci-fi. It's the fundamental equation describing how particles exist everywhere at once, instantly connected across any distance.
The trident shape also evokes the famous double-slit experiment—the moment physics proved that particles behave as waves, passing through multiple paths simultaneously. This experiment sparked our leap into quantum mechanics, and our logo reflects that breakthrough: value flowing through multiple channels at once.
PsiFi (rhymes with sci-fi) was born from this idea: money should move like information in a quantum system—globally, instantly, and securely. The name carries a double meaning: Psi + Finance, and the sci-fi experience of using our products. Moving money should feel like the future.
